National Register of Registered Practitioners

Welcome to the National Register of Registered Practitioners under the Australian Mediator and Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards (AMDRAS). This authoritative online listing, which the AMDRAS Board is responsible for and administers, is designed to help you find and verify the accreditation status of dispute resolution professionals across Australia.

The AMDRAS officially replaced the National Mediator Accreditation System (NMAS) on 1 July 2024. All practitioners listed here are Registered Practitioners, meaning they have been accredited under the AMDRAS framework.

You can use this register to:

  • Locate suitable mediators for your specific needs.
  • Verify the registration status of a mediator you are considering engaging.

Recognised Accreditation Providers (RAPs) play a crucial role in maintaining this register, as they are authorised to upload the particulars of the Registered Practitioners they accredit. It’s important to note that only Registered Practitioners accredited or reaccredited under AMDRAS will be entitled to use the post-nominals specified by the Board.
